It is finally here Big Brother 17!! The real action around here doesn’t start until the live feeds are up tomorrow night but for now we get a small taste of what we can expect for the next 3 months.

With the season première of Big Brother 17 just hours away Julie Chen has released a new video from inside the BB house. The video shows them testing out the new equipment they’re going to use for tonight’s first Head of Household competition. To help her out with the testing she got 3 of CBS’s day time heart throbs. James O’Halloran from the “Price is Right”, Lawrence Saint-Victor & Darin Brooks from “The Bold and the Beautiful”. Julie informs them that the game is simple, all you have to do is catch the flying tomatoes.
With the première of Big Brother 17 airing tonight on CBS at 8pm, we’re excited for this season to finally get going. The first of the Two-night première begins tonight with the second première airing tomorrow night. Following tomorrow nights episode the 24/7 Live Feeds will be turned on so we can finally start watching what’s going on inside the house. The 14 new house guests moved into the house last week and have already started playing the game. Big Brother After Dark will also begin Thursday night at 12am on Pop TV. The first of the two-night première airs in just 2 days! CBS has just released a new video including each of the 14 house guests. The video also has Julie Chen and executive producers Allison Grodner & Rich Meehan discussing the “BB Takeover” twist. The new house guests each talk about what they’re going to bring into the game or the strategy they plan on using. Jackie Ibarra & Jeffrey Weldon have also been cast as house guests for the season!
In just 2 weeks the first of the two night première airs on Wednesday, June 24th at 8pm on CBS. The second episode of the two night première will air on Thursday, June 25th at 8pm. Leading up to the première there will be two live feed exclusive VIP chats with the first being today with Big Brother 16 winner Derrick Levasseur and the second chat will be held on June 15th with Frankie Grande. The exclusive chat session today was a joke in my opinion as it wasn’t a video chat with questions like last season
Get ready Big Brother fans! Your summer guilty pleasure is coming in just over a month with a TWO NIGHT Première starting June 24th @ 8pm on CBS. Applications and submissions for the casting process have wrapped up and the cast for this coming season is now in the hands of the casting directors. Casting director Robyn Kass, stated in a recent interview that they were looking for something “new” and “fresh” this season. (Big surprise there) What type of cast would you like to see this season?
Today on CBS The Talk the hosts of the show air the footage of them entering the house and playing their own mini-version of Big Brother! This is to promote the 2-night Big Brother 16 première that starts tonight on CBS at 8pm! The first video below is a preview of the ladies from The Talk playing big brother and then second video is a sneak peek at the new cast of house guests in the house. Check out the short preview of the first 8 house guests competing in the very first HOH competition of the season called “Go Fly a Kite!”.
The Big Brother 16 Two-Night Première is just 2 days away and things are really starting to heat up! Today we got to see the media day footage where the media personalities were invited to play a condensed version of Big Brother in the newly redesigned house. CBS also started airing a new promotional commercial that features the new cast of house guests that will be moving into the big brother house.
Today has been a big day for Big Brother 16 with the full reveal of the new house including Julie Chen’s video tour and this seasons Twist. As mentioned last week, today is also the day that Entertainment Tonight gets an up close and personal tour with Julie Chen.
Welcome to the Big Brother House! This years theme is an urban tree house, which is why if you look at the walls, we have this wood panelling and it’s made to feel and look like you’re sitting in a tree house looking through the branches. At what looks like is an open sky but its really just wall paper. The colour palette this year in the living room is like all earthy – with green couches and the wood coffee table. This summer we have 76 HD cameras, that’s 11 more cameras than last year… AND its more cameras than at the Super Bowl and the Oscars. This camera right here in the living room can span the width of the corner of the kitchen and in the same shot all the way down to the bedroom hallway.
Today on CBS – The TALK, Julie Chen finally revealed Big Brother 16’s Twisted Twist that will be apart of this season. Only a couple days ago Julie Chen announced that she would give us the scoop on what twist we and the house guests have in store this summer. The photos of the newly re-designed Big Brother 16 house were just released today and there are definitely some interesting rooms to go along with the “Urban Tree House” theme. Julie Chen calls the twist a “Secret Plot Twist”..
New higher quality photos of the Big Brother 16 house have been released today that show more rooms of the house and reveal more of the newly re-designed “Urban Tree House” theme. The big brother house went through extensive changes for this seasons cast including upgrading the entire camera system to high definition (HD). These upgrades will allow the 24/7 live feed watchers and the viewers of the 3 weekly episodes to view more areas of the big brother house with wider camera angles and better clarity.
