With the season première of Big Brother 17 just hours away Julie Chen has released a new video from inside the BB house. The video shows them testing out the new equipment they’re going to use for tonight’s first Head of Household competition. To help her out with the testing she got 3 of CBS’s day time heart throbs. James O’Halloran from the “Price is Right”, Lawrence Saint-Victor & Darin Brooks from “The Bold and the Beautiful”. Julie informs them that the game is simple, all you have to do is catch the flying tomatoes.
With the première of Big Brother 17 airing tonight on CBS at 8pm, we’re excited for this season to finally get going. The first of the Two-night première begins tonight with the second première airing tomorrow night. Following tomorrow nights episode the 24/7 Live Feeds will be turned on so we can finally start watching what’s going on inside the house. The 14 new house guests moved into the house last week and have already started playing the game. Big Brother After Dark will also begin Thursday night at 12am on Pop TV. The video also has Julie Chen and executive producers Allison Grodner & Rich Meehan discussing the “BB Takeover” twist. The new house guests each talk about what they’re going to bring into the game or the strategy they plan on using. Jackie Ibarra & Jeffrey Weldon have also been cast as house guests for the season!

The Two-Night Première is 1 week away and with the newly redesigned house photos and cast revealed, the only other major part of the season to be released is this seasons twist. Today in a press release CBS has announced that this seasons twist will have an exciting element that shakes up the house each week ALL season long. The new twist is being called “BB Takeover” where EACH WEEK a surprise guest will unleash new twists into the game adding an unexpected element and chaos into the lives of the new house guests.
The all new cast of 14 house guests was just released today and already more and more information is beginning to surface about each of them. This season we have a wide variety of people cast to shake up the house including a transgender female, a semi-pro whistle blowing wrestler that has done Big Brother recaps, a hill-billy Asian, a professional poker player/DJ, and of course the always important models and reality wannabes.
As part of the exclusive live feed pre-season content CBS is doing something they’ve never done before which is have the first interviews of the new house guests broadcast on the live feeds. Today former Big Brother house guests and fan favourite Jeff Schroeder will be interviewing each of the 14 all new house guests. These interview will likely be put up on the live feeds to view later if you happened to miss the live broadcast. Jeff plans to interview each of the house guests individually.
