11:30am – 12pmJordan is practicing the mini golf game and Brendon lies down on it to imitate an obstacle that she has to shoot around. Keith is working out on the elliptical, Kalia is walking around the backyard exercising. Kalia, Brendon and Shelly are talking about tattoos. Shelly says that she got one and was embarrassed to tell her parents. Brendon says that he wants one but doesn’t know what. Shelly tells him not to get a big brother one like Dick. They start talking about Dick. The conversation changes to talking about QVC. Shelly loves it and buys lots of things off them. Rachel pops her head out into the backyard and tells them they have 30minutes and then goes back inside. Shelly asks Brendon 30minutes for what? Brendon guesses till she takes HOH pictures. Shelly goes inside to ask. Big Brother cuts the live feeds. When the feeds come back Shelly, Adam and Brendon are talking about how he proposed to Rachel.

Shelly says that Kalia is getting annoying with all her complaining. Brendon complains about how Cassi was hogging the golf game last night. They remove the bean bags because they are worried the other houseguests would see. Rachel starts to sing and Brendon yells at her to stop .. if she wants the other houseguests to wake up to Big Brother announcements …then thats a great way to do it! Shelly asks what did Porsche promise for being able to stay and get a golden key?

12am In the kitchen, the havenots are finally able to eat real food. Rachel tells the havenots that she happy they get to eat. Cassie takes a few bites and says she is already full. Kalia says she’s gonna pop some tums and keep eating. Cassi finishes up eating and heads out into the backyard to sit by the hot tub with Keith and Rachel. Cassi and Keith ask Rachel about her experience on slop last season. Rachel says that she had to do thirteen days of slop last season and that Brendon did 14 days. Keith yells to Brendon across the yard to ask him if he lost a lot of weight while on slop? Brendon says that he lost weight but he isn’t sure how much. Rachel tells them that last season they had extra food they could eat which was voted on by America, like fish sticks, baby food. Rachel says she liked the baby food. Keith asks why they don’t get that for their season.

10:22pm Kitchen Adam, Rachel, Porsche They’re asking Adam if he would every open pandora’s box. Adam says most definitely, he explains that most of the time Pandora’s box is a good think. Adam: “Poor brit had to sit in a room with Jessie” Brendon walks in says Poor Brit more like Poor Jessie”. Adam: “Ahh you didn’t know brit like I new brit”. He then goes in length about Big Brother 12 when Brit opened the box and had to spend time locked in a room with Jessie Adam yells “MR. PEC-TACULAR”. Porsche and Rachel ask him a bunch of questions about it. They start talking about America’s player and the El-Salvatore and are wondering if you are given the choice. Adam tells them in some circumstances you probably do have a choice like last year with Ragan he probably had a choice. Dani adds that if it’s early in casting and you turn down a special roll you probably won’t get casted. Rachel: “Would you say yes if they asked you to play America’s evil” Dani laughs at her asks her what does America’s evil even mean . Rachel: “Well like your dad” Rachel: “What the hell.. he was just playing himself for fun”.

8:42pm HOH Lockdown JEff, Jordan, Lawon, Dom, Dani, Rachel, BRendon, and Porsche are in the HOH Lockdown. They are talking about the Forest Gump movie and the lines Forest Gump says. They all agree that the show was very funny. Before the Big Brother Lockdown the house guests were getting ready for tonights “trial” to find out what happened to Brendon’s turtle.

850pm HOH Lawon and Dani

Lawon is saying one of his Releases hasn’t been signed and they called him last night to talk about it. Dani says that her number one hasn’t signed their release and she’s starting to get worried. Dom enters the HOH tells them his muscles are sore and he’s feelign sad cause he just did his goodbye messages. Dani tells him in the begining they don’t show all the messages to the best ones and the more popular houseguests. She points out that Dom only has 3 fans so his won’t get picked. Brendon comes out of the HOH bathroom Dani asks him if he pooed because she didn’t hear the toilet flush. Dom: “If it’s yellow let it mellow if its brown flush it down”.. They start talking about the court case tongiht.. Dom:”My stomach’s been sore all day” Lawon: “Did you shit?” Dom: “Yeah it’s from those burgers”

1:50pm All the houseguests are out in the backyard on an out door lockdown. Dani, Jordan, Dominic, Porsche, and Rachel are all playing a the word association game where one person asks a question ..then counts to three and the others yell out what comes to mind. Points are given to the person that says the right word. Cassi is shaving her legs in the backyard and then goes over to the out door shower and washes her legs off. They continue playing the word association game. Virgin? Dominic yells Cassi! Which houseguests wears the least amount of clothing? Cassi! Which houseguests if most likely to have a nipslip? Jordan! 12pm – 12:30pm Dominic, Adam, Rachel, Cassi and Porsche are sitting out on the backyard couch talking about random things. Then they start joking around saying that they are going to hold a court case to find out what happened to their fake turtle Franklin. Dominic says that if the thumb print fits you must acquit. They joke around when Lawon comes out and say that he may or may not be a prime suspects: Brendon, Lawon, and Shelly. They talk about how Lawon was jealous of Franklin. Lawon said he didn’t even like turtles. Lawon said he just woke up and was confused by all of this… Adam says that all you need is reasonable doubt. Keith will be the judge. They talk about bribing the judge, but aren’t sure how they could do it.They are all joking around talking about how the case will go and who are suspects. They talk about who to blame and about how they may or may not plant evidence. They say that it took several hours for Brendon to report Franklin’s disappearance. Dominic says that people may think we’re talking game right now, but we’re talking turtle evidence. Rachel says that she may sue Brendon for being unemotional. Rachel heads inside the house. They others discuss who the witnesses, jury, and judge will be…. Adam says that he be the bailiff. The attorneys involved will be working pro bono, will be issued, the court case will take place in the living room at 9 p.m. Big Brother time, with big hands will be questioned. Witnesses will need to swear on a Bible before testifying.

Brendon says that he loves her and that he is not going anywhere. Brendon says that after talking with Shelly about how her and her husband are ..he wants Rachel and him to have a relationship like that one day. Rachel says that we do .. Brendon says that Shelly talks about her husband is the way he wants her to talk about him in 10 years. Brendon says we don’t always communicate well. Brendon says he thinks he’s smart but doesn’t know everything and that Rachel is too. Brendon says that eventually they will figure it out. Brendon tells her that he had to suck it up all night long last night and it was because she wasn’t aware of him, any other day you would have known I was upset. Rachel climbs on top of Brendon and they make up and kiss.
