Makensy about Matt – We just had a lot of time to talk however one, I’m not even ..if we have a lot of time to talk, I’m not going to let all my walls down in 9 days. Like that’s not happening. Absolutely. Especially if you were to hear the shit that I’ve been through for the past two years before this, I did not. I did not fall in love in 10 days. Cam – He sure did. Chelsie – You can’t ride. He did. He won a 1,000,000 percent. Cam – Yeah, he was sprung, bro. Follow me. No, like following you around. Chelsie – No, like sprung, dude. Like white on rice. Yeah, like literally. It’s like he didn’t know what to do without you. Makensy – I know. Yeah. Cam – Are you still with home guy? Makensy – I was never dating him.
8:40pm Backyard – Quinn and Angela
Angela to Lisa – I am just going to ask him if he would maybe play something for me? Quinn – Yes, yes, oh I am so down! Angela – you would? Quinn – Yes yes I’m down! Quinn – Kenny is still going home over you because he doesn’t want to be here. Angela – She can overturn two people, though. I think it’s two. Then Chelsea has put up two more, which means I’ll go home. Quinn – We don’t know that because she might decide to put up 2 bike big time targets like big players that normally wouldn’t be nominated in the same way that you put up a big player. She might follow suit on that. Angela – OK, well, let’s just leave it as I’m just asking you if you got picked. Would you play for me? Quinn – yes. Angela – Thank you. Ok, awesome.
Leah – I would not have known and I might have even dug myself a bigger grave by accident and like I could not be more grateful that there’s someone like you looking out for me when all the odds are in your favor. I know you’re not that kind of person but you don’t even have to do these things and you’re doing them and that all makes me wonder with you and deeply care about you as a person. Like seriously like cause not a lot of people look down for me in my life period cuz they’re always like she’s pretty all the time she does this and she’s fine like there’s very few people that I know. I don’t live a perfect life I didn’t know a perfect life. I’m throwing them under and she knows it but I kind of told Chelsea. I need to report that to Chelsea. Do you think if I won and I kept the noms the same that would buy you goodwill that’s what I told her. Quinn – Yeah yeah that’s perfect because if you chose why you promising that there’s no guarantee that you’re playing there’s no guarantee that you win but it shows that you had intent to be like trustable and like predictable.
Leah – My only goal is, is that we offer the same this week, no matter what. That’s my only goal. Absolutely. Quinn – I will let you know if I hear anything like you. All I know is like this is real and this has been the most helpful relationship to me in the game. So I’m not looking to get rid of it anytime soon. Quinn – I think that Cam is too well insulated by the rest of the house. It was the one that agreed to be a pawn. That’s saying it with in front of me Chelsea and MJ.
9:25pm HOH room – Makensy, Joseph, Lisa, Brooklyn, Cedric, Quinn, Cam and Chelsie are hanging out chatting.
10pm Bathroom – Tkor and Angela
Angela – I think I think I know the answer, but do I have your do I have your vote? If you get picked to play, would you? Would you feel confident in me to to keep me in the house? Tkor – That’s what I would want to do. You know, obviously like I got to see what Chelsea would want to do, but know that I don’t want you going anywhere. Angela – Okay. Thank you. I appreciate that. Tkor – Of course. Angela – She has told me she doesn’t want me to go, but things change in a matter of couple of days. So I’m going to work like hell to win that veto. And if I don’t pull it out, I just wanted to know, because I definitely want to have yours. Tkor – I know you have mine too, but I understand that its Chelsea’s HOH and we got to make sure she’s getting what she wants out of her votes. Angela – I just know I thank her for giving me two opportunities, because I am very grateful to her for that. I did ask for that not to do what I did to Matt. So that way I can fight. Tkor – exactly, exactly. Angela – She did me right. Tkor – Yeah, I know. Angela – She felt very bad about it. I understand what she had to do, and there’s no hard feelings whatsoever. As always no one has said anything about you, and everybody loves you. Keep playing the game you’re playing cuz you’re doing wonderful. Tkor – Thank you. Angela – You’re welcome. Love you. Tkor – Love you. Tkor leaves. Angela talks to the camera about her conversation with Tkor – Interesting that she can’t think for herself. She wants to do what Chelsie wants to do. Even more pushes the narrative that they have a group already that I want to be a part of.
10:18pm Hot Tub time talking about their favourite restaurants.
10:40pm Everyone heads inside except for Angela, Quinn, Kimo and Joseph
Joseph – I’m sure Lisa went to sleep already too. Kimo – Yeah, she is pumped for a while. She’s already in the zone. Angela – Yeah, I’m playing against her. Joseph – You got this? Joseph – And it’s crazy too, because I trust everyone in the collective on an individual level. I don’t think anyone in it would put me up right away, or at least put me up with the intention of me to go home. But is that an alliance? Like, I don’t know what it kind of feels like is if we were in, like, a 9 foot pole and we all had, like, attached one of those to us by a rope. And it’s like, yeah, we can all work together and keep it alive, but it just makes everything so much more
complicated with it with Angela just opting out of a majority alliance. Honestly, bro, I won’t even mind between you and me because, like, there’s like, because of that aspect, like, you know what I mean? And she makes the game talk because nobody wants to tell her sh!t. Kimo – Yeah. And she asks for a lot, right? Joseph – Yeah and there’s always scheming in public. Tkor joins them.
11:35pm – 12:20am Kitchen – Rubina, Leah and Makensy
Havenots cooking up some slop. Joseph comes by and asks what they’re making? They tell him water because that’s all they’re allowed to eat. Leah heads to bed. Rubina and Makensy talk about Matt and how the vote went down. Rubina – I was scared because house against yeah. Makensy – that makes sense but that’s what I’m saying like I figured so I figured that some talk was created on the other side. Rubina – I got scared and then yeah.. Makensy – which is fine I mean hey it made us look like we don’t even have anything which made me and we look like we’re going against everybody. Rubina – nobody talked to us about it. Makensy – I understand. I understand that but it would have been really hard to
do all that in that most of them glad. Rubina – would you still be willing to work with me and Cam? Makensy – yeah, I am telling you there is no bad blood. I want you to trust that in my heart.

Questions. What does everyone think of the AI twist? Does it make the competitions more important?(Making Tucker right? Unhhh). With the AI comp can you still call it a backdoor? Anyone know what happened in the fight between Angela and Lisa? How was MaKensy’s butt involved?(Questions I never thought I’d have to ask). And what was said that some thought could have had a houseguest removed from the house and who said it, Angela or Lisa?
it makes a backdoor way riskier, and imo less worth attempting (i think people went for backdoors way too frequently in the past though so it’s kinda a wash. backdoors are useful when your target is good at comps and doesn’t have a good alternative target. frequently they’d be meh at comps and part of a pair that you’re better off just nominating together so you get at least one).
i think the AI brings new and exciting blood to the game, without ruining the game. im pretty impreesed. and i really loved to see the cast compete for power/ against an ungrade. i think its still a backdoor – like the matt situsition. cause he was still denied from playing the veto. you cant deny someone from playing in the erena.. so you still did your best. you need to have 2 targets, with this twist tho. (and she did, with kenny)
Right now, I still like it. In a few weeks maybe not. The part I like is that the competition is played right before the elimination vote, and it can easily affect who they will vote for. Hopefully, this will help stop the voting as a house like in the past.

Equitable comp season with an extra shot to stay.
The veto is the most ‘typical big brother’ type comp it seems.
It makes campaigning more difficult / irrelevant in some sense. Nobody knows WHO the actual final 2 will be and nobody REALLY wants to say yes or no or even listen to a campaign because they don’t know if the target will stay with AI comp.
To me it encourages mob mentality a little.

Paraphrase Recap
How it started: Angela told Lisa that she didn’t want to play with her anymore because she was talking to people Angela doesn’t like. Lisa told Angela she was breaking up with Angela and it was Angela, not Lisa. Feeds cut 1 hour 40. for the next 35 minutes feeds spotty. They return to Angela pouting, and Lisa crying… which means the fights kept flaring up because Lisa HAD been in the kitchen during the spottiness.
Kimo said days later “removable offense” and thought Angela was a goner.
Hoe MJ’s butt is involved? apparently Lisa was lying on top of her or used her ass as a pillow, and Angela mentioned it?

What are the removable offenses: the ones I’m aware of physical violence, intentional destruction of bb production property ie mics, and hate speech.
So i deduce it was one of the words on the contractual use them your gone list. I was sure she had used the word retard to describe a houseguest behind their back the morning after…. but looking it bbtwitter only one person seemed to put it out there so did I mishear? During the argument did that word fly out of Angela’s mouth? She’s the one that feeds came back to pouting “high and mighty Lisa, she never makes any mistakes.” This led me to believe Angela did say something wrong and was pouting for being warned.
WHY WE DON’T KNOW FOR SURE?
I think it’s now a five minute delay between house and feeds which gives control room time to cut feeds. Why would they cut feeds? To avoid being forced to remove a houseguest week one because the list of words not to be used is part of the contract package. They don’t want another Luke situation, and covered for Jared by making sure feeds didn’t catch him saying the word, just Cory telling him to never use that word.
Part of me does believe production doesn’t think ableist hate speech is as serious as racist hate speech… just me? I mean to me hate is hate. I’m not going to debate about the cultural or systemic or historical context….. just don’t use ANY of THOSE words… it’s gross.
Since arguments on feeds are USUALLY a big DRAW…. the only reason they cut this one is to protect their season plan. There had been another cut earlier in the day and feeds returned to everyone worrying about Angela’s mental health.
What annoyed me? The house. The ones that were still giving Angela the pity she craves knowing that at least one houseguest reported a removable offense had occurred.
Hope everyone is enjoying the site this year. Given all the features they’ve removed from the feeds it’s been challenging for us but I think we’re slowly getting into the groove.
What happened to the ranking grid?
I discontinued it this season. I really liked the ranking grid and had a blast building it over the years. I needed to taper down my workload for health reasons and the ranking system was a logical pick. It was pretty automated but would still fuc* up from time to time and require fixing.

If Chelsie has to make a renom, it’s better to pick Leah for three reasons:
1. She keeps her word to Makensy by not putting her up and accepting her olive branch when she shared her upgrade power.
2. She keeps Cam off the block and maintains whatever trust is left between them. If Cam gets mad about it, let him leave the group for Leah. It gives other people a reason to evict him in the near future.
3. Leah is the perfect pawn this week. She’s well liked by Makensy, Cam, Quinn, and other HGs compared to the current noms. No way she loses an eviction vote to Kenney, Angela, or Lisa.
VETO PICKS
HOH, 3 NOMS, Brooklyn and Joseph
House is talking about it being an individual time veto.
*Everyone KNOWS my feelings on Individual Time Vetoes. They are production chooses the winner vehicles.
Both Angela and Lisa asked multiple players if they would play for them and take them down if they won the veto. Quinn told Angela he would, which I suspect is an outright lie (he just wants to play). All the rest told both of them they would have to check with Chelsie first to see what SHE would want done.
Don’t these “players”, or should I call them sheep, know that once nominations are over, the HOH is basically powerless? Do they not know if you win the veto, you absolutely cannot be named as the replacement nominee if they do decide to use it? Are they just afraid to tell these nominees/outcasts that they have absolutely no intention of using the veto on them if they do in fact win it, so they’re just deflecting with this “Oh, I must go along with what the HOH wants” BS answer?
Nobody, or maybe I should say most people, don’t like it when everybody “votes with the house” on eviction night, and this whole “we must target the people who didn’t vote with the house” is just more of the whole herd mentality (everybody thinks like sheep, or rather doesn’t think at all, LIKE SHEEP) which makes for a very dull and boring game.
I like it when people think for themselves, while of course thinking what helps their respective alliances, and acts on those thoughts to do what’s right without being fearful.
What I hate is when people win HOH by accident, especially when they were actively trying NOT to win, when half the field goes out on the very first question, most likely because they were throwing, and when the comps aren’t really comps, but instead are events designed to assign a “winner” randomly. Individual timed “comps” can also be put into that category, because nobody knows (except production) if those times are in fact legitimate, or if they were adjusted to arrive at their (productions) desired result.
