Cam – what is making you feel that way though? Kimo – I don’t know, that sh*t was really revealing. I wish you could go back and change somethings. Cam – but what did you find out yesterday? Kimo – its silly because I know I’m in an alliance with you but I know you were added last. Something about someone said something about competitors. And I was like, oh, I guess I’m not like… which literally triggered like childhood shit. You know what I mean? Cam – Remember you saying that? Kimo – Yeah. And like, the first week. Like the picked last kind of feeling, which I hate that excluded feeling. Cam – Yeah, right. Kimo – It’s myself getting in my own head. Cam – yeah, I get. I get what you’re saying.
Cam – I think what Tucker meant in terms of competitor was just like… to be honest, you have the same quality is just how much Quinn expresses how he knows about the game how much he knows about the game and gameplay and just how well he gets along with everybody.
Cam – That’s what’s scary. That’s what scared Tucker was how immediately we were open and trusted Quinn, which I still do, which is why I told him it was going to happen but that’s I think that’s what he meant by competitor and I think and again like this game has never been a physical game like anyone can win the game for sure. Kimo -That’s true and I and I do understand kind of like what Kenny was talking about with putting Tkor up the first week. Everybody is a competitor or they wouldn’t be in this game everybody has to have some type of competitive nature or they wouldn’t be in this game so like but I just want to empower you and tell you I wouldn’t want to align with you in this game if I didn’t think you were really good and like very strong because obviously I want to go for in this game and I think you’re a player that can go very far in this game. Your energy and your personality is made to be here like made to be on TV. Made to be around like you’re like your extra. You’re caring. You’re funny. Don’t ever question your reason for being here. I want to play the game a certain way. It’s really tough to play it that way and yeah I mean you saw me break down yesterday. That’s not the person that I want to even be like in general you know so like that whole thing kind of just changed my perspective on the game and I think it was some kind of a moment that I needed in my life. Kimo – true, man rough. I know you’ll go far for sure. Cam – I hope so but truthfully I’m like I want to go far but I think kind of what happened yesterday was also just something that I just needed like as a person. Just being a good person and treating people the right way. The way that it was explained didn’t make me seem like I was a trustworthy person or it’s just like a sneaky person and that’s why I mean. One because that’s not the person that I am and two because in the game I am in an alliance with Quinn Kimo – Yeah. Cam – I know I couldn’t backdoor him and not let him know. Y’all are just very very good people I mean not to say not everybody in here is good for like y’all are just just like genuine through and through just like and I know with the riches that you get you’ll use it in the right way for the right people. I mean I hope that doesn’t get misconstrued that I don’t want other people in the alliance to do well or anything. I’ll be rooting for you all the hardest.

Quinn – It’s almost like we’re creating a backdoor with the AI arena by constantly having Tucker on the block because he’ll just win those before we put them in there with them. So it’s like we’re using him whether he wants him to or not. And if he doesn’t participate, then we send him home.
Chelsie – People are being openly dumb of stuff like I just don’t understand. I don’t get it. Well, are you going to use your power next week? Quinn – Yeah. Chelsie – you should. Quinn – ideal situation is one of us wins and then I do it. And then it takes the attention off other people and then it’s just Kenny or Tucker. And then Makensy. So as long as one of those three don’t win, then we’re good no matter what. No matter what.

Joesph – Me and Cam actually went through the power rank. if america noms one of his allies and kenney wins the ai comp i think there’s a decent chance tucker goes home. comp will probably have to be some kind of pick a or b crap shoot comp that kenney wins due the other two picking wrong though.
I don’t believe so. It seems that the house has grown weary of Kenny’s nonsense and his whining about wanting to go home. I’d like to see either MJ or Leah take power in the near future (after Quinn’s advantage has been used or expires) just to shake the game up a bit. Unfortunately this season is quickly becoming very stale and predictable.
Analysis:
Tucker thus far. Trying not to judge but stating with candor.
wanted to form a brolliance by day 3… but also wanted to target the bro most likely to challenge him in the usual bb comps.
played the flirt game with every woman and inclusivity game with the gay guy to get their loyalty in the game. Found the most emotionally pliable woman to make into his special side piece: Rubina.
Formed a male only alliance by end of week one.
Misinformation and gossip campaign as his social game.
Shows his strategy is guided by emotional instability.
Offers himself as tribute to go into AI.
Makes another brolliance week 3. Offers himself as tribute pawn.
Gets overly concerned about powers first Makensy then Quinn.
Comes up with a stay on the block to get Quinn plan.
Oops. Still on the block with an uncertain third nominee.
Goes back to the women he flirted with week one to say he wants alliances with them…while he’s on the block and may end up needing votes… and nobody recognizes a man that has made 2 brolliances is stringing them for votes.

Non judgement but own it opinion:
When a houseguest says ‘I only want someone with a cause to win’ it’s code. Lisa had a cause. Every woman knew. It’s code for I don’t want a non-poc to win. There. It’s written. Do i care? No. Just own it. I realize there’s this whole social division in America that makes deniability language the lay of the land… don’t care.
Cookout owned their game for the most part. So… I have no problem with the strategic play. Didn’t care that bbcan12 had the hot chocolate alliance that wanted a brown winner. There have always been alliances that want one of their members to win, and alliances have formed based on physical or mental characteristics gender or game circumstance since the series began. Ownership. That’s all that matters to me. Hot Chocolate out and out said we want a brown person/ brown woman to win. They owned it.
The only offense recently that led to a nope was the member of that hot chocolate alliance insinuating that one of the women was racist in order to get her evicted without actual basis. It was a dirty move that the houseguest failed to own as dirty game play.
So, when Chelsie names her targets, when T’kor says she doesn’t want to be in an all woman alliance but wants a woman or Kimo to win, when Rubina says she only wants someone with a cause to win, when all of the black houseguests say they aren’t an alliance but they all know where their vote goes in the end… we know what is really being said but we’re all afraid of social stigma in saying it out loud and letting the cat out of the bag or enraging or “validating” bigots and racists because everyone on feeds is speaking in deniability code. I don’t care about social stigma because I know who I am, and know all I care about in big brother is ownership of good strategic play. If half the house is poc, then aligning based on that is good strategic play… just own it. Drop the code.
Do i care about any of this? Not one bit. Just OWN your games.
In failing to own strategy… and deniablity speak it’s not different than the old “i’m nominating you because you stand out in a crowd” said to the lone black houseguest by the sea of white houseguests. We all knew that was code and it was dirty lack of ownership.
JUST OWN YOUR GAMES houseguests.
Everyone SHOULD want to win. If each houseguest wants to win by strategically aligning, cool. If each houseguest wants to win by strategically targeting, cool. If that means they are targeting specific people… that’s the game in new school big brother.
Own it and own the reason for targeting. That is ALL that matters to me.

This is fine, but I would say that use of code is understandable for prevention of ludicrous reverse racism accusations.
As a white person I cannot ever presume to viscerally understand or speak to the cultural trauma that POC feel in this country.
POC have a right to navigate that in any way they feel is best for their own personal reasons. That can include indirect references to causes.
Perhaps it’s more about lack of transparency. Seems many are owning up but it’s only in private, for themselves and as is understood amongst some of them. It’s not denial mixed with lack of awareness.
Even if there are calls of prejudice… what of it?

I’d suggest that you’ve managed to articulate what many of us are feeling but aren’t sure how to express. I like to see a variety of different strategies play out in BB and, even if it’s not one I’d choose, I respect being transparent with the viewers. The key word is ownership rather than using some coded metaphor. Having watched every season since BB2, and clearly it’s evolved over many years (indeed I’m a different person to the person I was 20+ years ago), I’m mindful that the houseguests that I liked in each season (or didn’t like) related to their character traits. In fact, if I was to name a group of 20 houseguests that I’ve liked most over the years, they would be very diverse in terms of gender, race, religion, sexuality or age. I’d like to think that this is the case for most of us. It does occur that, in real life, most people during their school days tended to gravitate to those that were similar rather than different to themselves. However, in a work environment, we work and get along with a far more diverse group of people. It appears that when entering the BB house, many houseguests quickly regress to school days (including the bullying and personal insults that would not be tolerated in a workplace).
I applaude don’t shoot the messenger although you still failed to identify yourself but I will go one further I’m not scared. I am secure in my personal friendships with not only female, Gay and poc that they all know how I feel about each and everyone of them. They understand that my opinio about a game has nothing to do with any of them but I am tired of the poc in this house pretending like they aren’t any kind of racist when they just met these other people and the only thing they can say is you look like me so I won’t vote for you..what is that???it’s definitely not big brother.Someone needs to set the contestants down before casting and ask are you here to win 750,000 dollars or make a social movement. Man i wonder what the ratings are like this year. Ive watched a total of 2.5 episodes and cant seem to like a single person. The show is stale and Ive got four eps in my DVR and dont have a desire to watch them. Hell this is my first visit to this site in two weeks.
I blame Victoria from BB16. She was the first “floater” to go far as a strategy. Ever since then floaters have become a staple of this show and its killed it. The cookout created a racial gameplay and i cant remember who it was who had a long red beard who was the first guy who said some crazy shit that got him fired from his job but now everyone is scared to have real convos. Then came the people who were there for social media and business opportunities after the show. And now we get the houseguests who are production plants and are obvious favorites. Last year it was Ciri and this year its Angela.
It was fun while it lasted. Godspeed all.

DID ANYONE GET A HORRIBLE EDIT? Quinn got the liar edit, Kimo got the sellout edit… but softpeddled. Pentagon wasn’t included telling Cedric to keep Quinn. Didn’t show formation of Shake it up and Ball Players named as alliances. Didn’t show Cedric was afraid of losing the Collective numbers. Not showing house agreed not to get rid of the America’s vote choice. OF COURSE.
THEY WENT TUCKER HEAVY IN D/R. EVERYONE KNOWS KENNEY WANTS TO GO STAY GO STAY GO.

Tucker should have taken your advice, especially AFTER Makensy was named as the re-nom, and he would have had a much better chance of surviving tonight’s vote, assuming he doesn’t win the AI competition.
